If they want to avoid unpleasant symptoms and shortening their life-span they have no option but to totally eradicate gluten from their daily diet. 

At S. Komatsu we have stepped up to the mark to be the first restaurant in the world to create fabulous dishes that are especially created to be totally gluten-free, as well as lactose-free and fructose-friendly, so that people with a variety of food intolerances, and their family and friends, can dine on great food, with peace of mind.
