True to being trained in authentic Japanese cuisine - which is ultimately about bringing the highest sense of season to the plate, our chef is constantly inspired to create seasonal rich dishes, whether it be Japanese style or not, and can hardly be contained to a fixed menu. Therefore we have given him license to create extra special dishes each day and report the availability of these quintessentially fresh and inspired creations to our customers via the White Board.
